What we cannot help with
- Individual visa or entry decisions. We are not an immigration adviser and cannot assess your eligibility, review your application or intervene with any authority. Contact the embassy or consulate of the country concerned.
- Bookings, refunds or complaints about a railway, airline, hotel or telecoms provider. We have no relationship with them.
- Lost property, delays or anything happening to you right now while travelling. Contact the operator or your embassy — we cannot respond quickly enough to be useful.
