The site is a free, advertising-funded reference publication about travel procedures in Asia. We sell nothing, we book nothing, and we act as agent for no one.

Nothing on the site is immigration, legal, tax, financial or medical advice. The rules, fares and allowances we publish are set and changed by third parties. See the disclaimer for the full extent of this limitation, which forms part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share our pages for your own use. You may not:
- copy our guides or tables systematically, in whole or in substantial part, whether manually or by automated means;
- scrape the site at a rate that burdens the server, or bypass any technical restriction;
- reuse our content to build or train a commercial dataset or model without written permission;
- republish our material as your own, or remove attribution;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Short quotations with credit and a link to the page quoted are welcome and require no permission.
4. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that State — without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
